Once you have made an appointment with one of our team of friendly local electricians, we will call approximately 20-30 minutes before we arrive to introduce ourselves.
You will also receive a booking reminder text message.
The Electrician will inspect the problem that you need solving and give you a 100% accurate price if we are to proceed with your service.
As every job is different, we may provide an initial cost to delve into your electrical problem further. If your electrical service is appearing more complicated than what can be seen on the surface this extra time allows us to inspect the job further. This will be explained to you prior to going ahead so that your quote is honest from the start rather than based on an hourly rate.
Once you are satisfied and happy that your electrical service has been completed our electrician will charge you the agreed-upon amount.
We will then be in touch to check that you had the best possible experience with Hello Electrical and kindly ask for your feedback on a review site. Hello Electrical does not charge per hour, we always charge by the job. Unfortunately in this day and age with multiple trucks on the road, it is almost impossible to calculate a per hour price. We do not claim to be the cheapest electricians but instead pride ourselves on providing the best electrical service that we can provide.
